Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026. These terms govern your use of tnnl. By using the service you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

Accounts

tnnl is invite-only — accounts are created by an administrator, and there is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account. An administrator may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use tnnl to:

  • host or distribute malware, phishing pages, or other harmful content;
  • send spam, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise abuse the service or its infrastructure;
  • share content or run services that are illegal in your jurisdiction or that infringe others' rights;
  • attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the service's limits or security.

You are solely responsible for the services and traffic you expose through your tunnels and for complying with applicable laws.

Custom domains

If you serve a tunnel on a custom domain, you must own or control that domain. tnnl issues TLS certificates for it on your behalf only while you are actively tunneling it.

Availability & changes

tnnl is provided on a best-effort basis and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Resource limits (such as the number of concurrent tunnels) may apply and may be adjusted.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, tnnl and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
